วันอังคารที่ ๒๘ เมษายน ๒๕๖๙ เวลา ๐๙.๐๐ น. นายสมปอง หวังรุ่งวิชัยศรี อุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดลำปาง มอบหมายให้ นายธนาวุฒิ บัวละวงค์ หัวหน้ากลุ่มนโยบายและแผนงาน เข้าร่วมงานเสวนา “Smart Investment Forum: ESCO พลังขับเคลื่อนสู่เซรามิกมูลค่าสูงและพลังงานที่ยั่งยืนจังหวัดลำปาง” เพื่อผลักดันการใช้กลไก ESCO (Energy Service Company) เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมเซรามิก ซึ่งเป็นอุตสาหกรรมหลักของจังหวัด ให้สามารถลดต้นทุนพลังงานและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันในระยะยาว โดยมีนายกฤษณะ พินิจ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำปาง เป็นประธานเปิดการเสวนาฯ ณ ห้องประชุมจาววัง โรงแรมรีเจนท์ ลอดจ์ ลำปาง
